Tonight, my mom, my two sisters and I are having a Girl's Night! We have these as often as we can. We'll get together without the dudes and watch chick flicks and cook pinterest recipes. This is only one of our many recipes for tonight's festivities. We're also making zucchini fudge brownies, lemon meringue smores, chicken enchiladas, and guacamole.
Pamper yourself with this Sassy Water. The cucumber is great for hydration, skin care, nail care, hair growth, and acts as a diuretic. The lemon helps cleanse and alkalize the body. The mint adds sweetness without sugar. The ginger aids in digestion. And the raspberries turn the water pink and make everything look pretty! 8 cups water
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
8 mint leaves
1 cucumber, sliced
a few raspberries
Mix all the ingredients in a pitcher and let sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning, strain the water and enjoy! To get the most out of the health benefits, drink 8 cups of this water a day for a week.
