Pizza easily ranks in my top 3 favorite foods. I eat all of it - frozen, delivery, specialty - if it has cheese and pizza sauce, I'm in. But... not exactly a health food. Finding a way to drop some of the fat and calories without losing the taste is an art.
Actually, it couldn't be any easier. Follow the instructions below and you'll be left with a crispy crust covered in zesty Italian sauce & ooey cheese!

- 1 flour tortilla (I use LA Tortilla Factory - Smart & Delicious Light: only 60 calories!)
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup fat free shredded mozzerella
- 8 turkey pepperonis
- italian seasonings
- Preheat your oven to Broil, or to the highest temperature it will go. Broil tortilla in the oven for 3 minutes, or until crispy. Spread the sauce, and top with cheese, seasonings & pepperonis, and return to broil for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
