This is truly a healthy pie. And the prep time is nothing - unless you get OCD with the blueberry lineup, like myself.
I was pretty worn out from the day when I decided to make this pie, SO I ashamedly opted for a pre-made piecrust instead of making my own like any Julia Childs wannabe would.
This is the easiest thing to prepare! It’s 4 ingredients – vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt, toasted coconut flakes, blueberries, piecrust. It’s cold and light and perfect for a sweet tooth!
3 ingredient Frozen Yogurt Blueberry Pie
2.5 cups nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
blueberries for topping piecrust
Mix yogurt and coconut flakes and pour into the piecrust. Top with blueberries and stick it in the freezer for 5 hours.
