Remember when I said cabbage would be in my future?
This roasted cabbage is delicious! It has some crispy outer edges and soft insides. The flavors are simple – salt, pepper, & garlic. Sometimes less is more! I assume if you’re reading this, you’re getting ready to go to the store and buy a head of cabbage. Enjoy!
Garlic Roasted Cabbage
1 head of cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the cabbage into ½ - 1 inch thick rounds. Place on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
