Breakfast is my favorite part of the day, but I never wake up early enough during the week to make something extravagant. So I normally have cereal with fruit. But this is a fun, easy and healthy way to have something different. I used Van's lite multigrain waffles - only 70 calories and 1 gram of fat per waffle. Use fresh strawberries instead of jelly for less sugar. And don't go crazy with the peanut butter.
This recipe requires no cooking, I just thought it was a good idea to share!
2 Van's lite multigrain waffles
3 strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp peanut butter
Toast waffles, and assemble!
