There's an endless amount of flavor combinations for parfaits. I went basic. Some other good toppings would be shredded coconut, chocolate chips/shavings, nuts, bananas, kiwi, mango, peaches, cinnamon, cereal and honey. I made these for a baby shower last weekend and they were a huge hit. A nice balance to the casseroles, sausage balls and quiche. Plus they're beautiful!

mini yogurt parfaits

These mini yogurt parfaits are a fabulous & healthy party food!
- 32 oz. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- honey for drizzling
- Assemble! Here's the order I went with: 1/3 cup yogurt, spoonful of granola, spoonful of berries. Drizzle the honey on top.
I got my little plastic cups from Party City. Champagne glasses would also be fun!
