Welcome to my new blog!

After much work and preparation, I'm finally ready to launch my new and improved site! And I'm seriously thrilled. As I've been thinking & praying about the new direction I want my blog to go, I decided I want my blog to better represent who I am and encompass all the things that I love. So I will continue posting healthy delicious recipes, but I will also expand my posts to all things health - not JUST food. I also want to use my own experiences to help motivate and inspire others to live healthy lives. Click here to read my story. I'm excited to share with you that I've come a long way in my own journey to health. I can proudly say I've lost 70 pounds!

Some of the new features you'll find on my site include my recipe box, printable recipes for each post, Pinterest "pin it" buttons beneath each image, social media share box beneath each post, and more goodies you'll discover along the way :)

But of course with all of these great new features come some hiccups. I'll need some time to work through all of them, and I appreciate your patience with me!
